What can you expect from the Internship Programme at ProCredit Bank?

During your internship with us you will have the opportunity to get to know the business philosophy and best practicies of the responsible banking model of ProCredit Bank. In addition, you will gain valuable experience in the banking field. Every intern is appointed a mentor who will help you to gain understanding and integrate you in the working process faster and
easier. The mentor assigns tasks, monitors and provides regular feedback on your performance.

What can you expect from the IT Internship Programme at ProCredit Bank?

During your internship with us you will have the opportunity to be part of our dynamically developing team. You will also have the opportunity to actively participate in the software development process and its maintenance. During the internship, you will receive all the necessary materials and the opportunity to apply theory to practice.
The programme is open throughout the whole year – different internship positions in our:

• Applications and Database Administration
• Infrastructure and Service Desk
• Business analysis
• Information security
• Test and Quality Assuarance Units.

Each intern receives assignments based on their level of knowledge. We aim for a rhythmic two-way regular feedback loop. By joining an Agile team, the intern has the opportunity to participate in real projects and receives feedback on the performance of specific tasks. By getting the opportunity to work in a real environment, the knowledge development is faster and is focused on real cases.

ProCredit Bank is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Client Adviser in Sofia, Burgas, Ruse and Thessaloniki. 

Responsibilities:

• Advises clients regarding bank services as saving accounts, loans, bank cards, utility payments, etc.
• Offers professional and high-quality service to clients
• Acquires new clients - private individuals and very small companies
• Manages current and potential portfolios of clients - private individuals and very small companies
• Processes loan applications of private individuals and very small companies.

Main requirements:

• University degree
• Fluency in English language
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Strong organization skills
• Willingness to learn and develop.
