We would like to inform you that during the upcoming Christmas and New Year holidays ProCredit Bank (Bulgaria) EAD will service clients via Internet banking system – ProB@nking and 24/7 Self-service areas.
Internet banking ProB@nking will work as follows:
- In the period 24 – 28.12.2022, from 00:00 until 24:00 h. transfers between accounts in ProCredit Bank will be available on the same day
Payments in foreign currency ordered on:
- 22.12.2022:
- until 17:00 h. will be executed with value date 23.12.2022
- after 17:00 h. will be executed with value date 28.12.2022
- 23.12.2022:
- until 17:00 h. will be executed with value date 28.12.2022
- after 17:00 h. will be executed with value date 29.12.2022
Transfers in BGN ordered on 30.12.2022 will be processed as follows:
- via BISERA – until 14:00 h. Payments ordered after this hour will be received on 03.01.2023
- via RINGS (express) – until 14:00 h.
Cash deposits into deposit safe during the holidays will be available on the first working day.
On 31.12.2022 and 01.01.2023, transfers/requests will not be processed.
