- Monday – Friday from 09:00 to 14:00 and from14:30 to 17:00
The offices listed below will be open without a break from 09:00 to 17:00

- Sofia, Lomsko Shosse Blvd., Block 171
- Plovdiv, 2 Krakra Str.
- Burgas, Transportna Str.
- Varna, 10 Yan Palah Str.
All our offices have fully equipped 24-hour self-service zones, which provide comprehensive modern banking services in line the best European banking practices. The 24/7 Zones are equipped with machines which enable you to perform routine banking operations, such as cash withdrawals and deposits from/to your accounts and making online payments in leva and/or international currencies. The self-service zones can be used by both our private clients and our business clients. They are open 24/7 and can be accessed using your bank card.
As of 25 July 2016, the offices at the addresses below will operate only as self-service centres:
- Sofia, 11 Vitosha Str.;
- Burgas, Demokratsiya Blvd., Block 117.
