We would like to inform you that during the upcoming Christmas and New Year holidays ProCredit Bank (Bulgaria) EAD will service clients via Internet banking system – ProB@nking and 24/7 Self-service areas.
On 31.12.2021 operations on desk will not be performed.
Internet banking ProB@nking will work as follows:
- In the period 24 – 28.12.2021, from 00:00 until 24:00 transfers between accounts in ProCredit Bank will be available on the same day
Payments in foreign currency ordered on:
- 23.12.2021:
- until 17:00 (EUR, GBP и CHF) - will be executed with value date 24.12.2021
- until 17:00 (USD) - will be executed with value date 27.12.2021
- after 17:00 - will be executed with value date 29.12.2021
- 30.12.2021:
- until 17:00 - will be executed with value date 31.12.2021
- after 17:00 – will be executed with value date 04.01.2022
- On 31.12.2021 payments will be executed as follows:
- Between accounts in ProCredit Bank – until 15:30
- Payments in BGN via BISERA – until 14:00. Payments ordered after this hour will be received on 04.01.2022
- Express payments in BGN via RINGS and express payments in foreign currencies will not be processed
- Payments in EUR, USD, GBP and CHF will be performed with value date 04.01.2022
Cash deposits into deposit safe during the holidays and on 31.12.2021 will be available on the first working day.
