Dear clients,

We would like to inform you about the following changes in the Price Lists for Legal Entities and Private Individuals of ProCredit Bank (Bulgaria) EAD that are coming into force:

As of 01.06.2022:
I. Cash operations

1. Cash collection (deposit and withdrawal):
• Cash collection upon signed contract - BGN 720 annual fee (incl. the relevant number of cash collections BGN 60 each, applicable to each one afterwards);
• Individual cash collection contract – BGN 150.

As of 19.07.2022:
II. Cash operations

1. In 24/7 Self-Service Area for Private Individuals and Legal Entities:
• Cash deposit - 0,40% (min BGN 3);
• Cash withdrawal – 0,60% (min BGN 3);

2. Transactions with а debit card to Active/Green account of a Private client:
• Cash deposit in 24/7 Self-Service Area - 0,40% (min BGN 3) for the excess above BGN 2 000;
• Cash withdrawal at ProCredit ATMs - 0,60% (min BGN 3) for the excess above BGN 2 000;

3. Cash deposit and withdrawal with Transactional account of a Private client:
• Cash withdrawal at ProCredit ATMs up to BGN 2 000 – BGN 1 per transacion;
• Cash withdrawal at ProCredit ATMs above BGN 2 000 - BGN 1 per transation + 0,60% (min BGN 3) for the excess above BGN 2 000;
• Cash deposit at 24/7 Self-Service Area up to BGN 2 000 – BGN 1 per transaction;
• Cash deposit at 24/7 Self-Service Area above BGN 2 000 – BGN 1 per transaction + 0,40% (min BGN 3) for the excess above BGN 2 000;

III. Loan transactions

1. Preparing documents for mortgage registration for Legal entities:
• Up to BGN 500 000 – BGN 200
• BGN 500 001 – 3 000 000 - BGN 500
• Above BGN 3 000 001 – BGN 800

2. Preparing documents for establishing and registration of a special pledge for Legal entities – BGN 200

3. Appraisal of collateral:
• Apartment – BGN 290
• House/Office/Merchant Location – BGN 450
• Manufacturing facility – BGN 800
• Land plot – BGN 320
• Agricultural land up to 50 land plots – BGN 750
• Agricultural land over 50 land plots – BGN 1 800
• Movable assets, 1 asset – BGN 300
• Movable assets, 2 - 5 assets – BGN 600
• Movable assets, over 5 assets – BGN 1 100
• Movable assets, over 20 assets – BGN 2 400
• Administrative/Manufacturing/Commercial Facility with total floor area up to 5 000 sq.m, incl. – BGN 2 400
• Administrative/Manufacturing/Commercial Facility with total floor area above 5 001 sq.m. – BGN 4 800
• Enterprise - 0,15% of the net book value, max BGN 7 500

IV. Cards

1. Delivery of a card or a PIN code at an address in Bulgaria/change of address (3 working days) – BGN 10
