It is important for us to know your motives for applying to ProCredit. In your Motivation Letter we expect you to explain why you would like to work for us. To write your CV use this form. We take your application very seriously and we expect that you do the same. Applications which could be sent out to 20 other companies and which do not discuss the candidate’s qualifications and motivation for the position at hand are looked very poorly upon.

 

Prior to a personal interview with our human resources department, we require candidates to complete a one-hour, written mathematics and logic test. An example of such a test is provided here. Passing this test is necessary to move on to the next stage of the recruitment process.

 

We strive to present both the recruitment process and your possible career paths at ProCredit in the most transparent way. As a potential employee of ProCredit Bank, you can and should take advantage of our training programme. Passing tests and participating in specialisation courses are important prerequisites for career advancement within our internationally-oriented company.

 

In addition to a so-called Maths-1 Test which you must pass during your probation period, we also offer a Maths-2 and an accounting test. We do all that we can to assist you in preparing for the exam by providing in-house teaching staff and internally-developed teaching materials.

 

Good knowledge of English is essential for management positions. For this purpose we also offer bank-internal English courses.

 

For higher-level positions in the bank it is necessary to attend one of our Regional Academies or our Management Academy in Fürth, Germany.
