To reach the Contact Centre Experts and to receive information on important for you matters, we are open to your questions:

  • from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. 
  • Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The service is offered both in Bulgarian and in English.

In emergency situations you can have your card blocked at any time by using ProB@nking or the automated services of our Contact Centre.

ProCredit Bank Contact Centre offers all clients that have reached the bank via a phone call:

  • obtain information about all ProCredit Bank services;
  • support for using ProB@nking – ProCredit Bank’s Internet banking system;
  • block a stolen or lost debit or credit card, issued by ProCredit Bank.

When can I block a stolen or lost debit or credit card?

In case you lose the debit or credit card issued by ProCredit Bank, please contact us as soon as possible. Blocking of a bank card is possible at any time of the day, through your ProB@nking (chose Cards from the menu) or the automatic services of the Contact Center.
