In the self-service areas of ProCredit Bank, you are provided with secure access to our Internet banking system ProB@nking and a direct connection to the bank's call centre.

1. How do I register for the Internet banking service?
Visit a branch convenient to you and fill in an application form for our Internet banking service. Ever client holding an account at ProCredit Bank in Bulgaria can register for the service free of charge.

2. What do I do if I forget my username or password?
If you have forgotten your username and/or password, you should visit the nearest branch of the bank. After identifying yourself with an ID card, you will be given a temporary username and password.
You can also call one the following telephone numbers: 0 700 1 70 70 or 1 700 1 70 70 (for subscribers of M-Tel), and after confirming your username and providing a valid e-mail address, you will be sent a temporary password.

3. Do I have to terminate the session after completing my transactions at the terminal before leaving the self-service area?
Each client using the terminal must comply with all security requirements governing use of the system. Therefore, we stress that customers should log out of their session by pressing “Exit” after completing their ProB@nking transactions.

4. What can I do with Internet Banking?

With Internet Banking, you can:

  • Transfer funds in local and foreign currency
  • Sell and buy foreign currency
  • Perform mass payments – monthly salaries of employees, payments to suppliers or government authorities (budget) using a template
  • Send us various documents – applications, statements and more
  • Submit a request to withdraw cash
  • Open deposit, saving and current accounts
